Hi, I'm Chantel!
I’m a newspaper editor who gained more than 40kg behind my desk. This happened largely because I was living an inactive lifestyle, eating badly ... and spending up to 12 hours a day at the office in a high stress environment. When I decided to turn things around, I applied the editing principals of my day job to my diet and lifestyle, in my pursuit of health and fitness.
I follow a Paleo diet and include functional training and boxing in my exercise regimen – but I’m always up for a challenge. I'll be sharing some ideas to keep meal times exciting and healthy as well as telling you all about the fun things I've got lined up to keep in shape.
